I am Juan Groenewald, a passionate Real-estate Broker in the Industrial property industry since 2015. Drawn to industrial property broking for its diverse industry exposure, I find fulfilment in breaking away from the mundane repetitive, by continuously engaging with different people, and contributing as an asset to their businesses. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of learning from some of the industry's finest brokers, gaining insights beyond real estate fundamentals. Having these mentors has not only shaped me into a real estate specialist but instilled values of client dedication, business enhancement, and community betterment. Currently leading the Cape Town team, I am actively involved in multiple industrial nodes across the peninsula. My geographical expertise centres within the Northern suburbs of Cape Town, particularly focusing on the so-called Golden Triangle of Brackenfell, Durbanville, and the Winelands. Despite building a significant corporate network with locally listed companies and international bodies alike, my true passion lies in connecting with my local businesses. I prioritize transparency, honesty, and education in my client relationships, aiming to empower my clients with market insights and safeguard their interests. I firmly believe in treating others as I wish to be treated, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration in the dynamic industrial property landscape.
