About Gregory

I am one of the founders of 3Cube Property Solutions, with a background rooted in both engineering and real estate. My career began with a National Diploma in Engineering, followed by the opportunity to study and work in Germany. When I returned home, I joined Continental Tyres as an Industrial Engineer while completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering at Nelson Mandela University.

Although engineering shaped the way I think and solve problems, I eventually felt called to pursue something more dynamic and people-focused. Taking a leap of faith, I moved into the property industry and joined one of Gauteng’s leading industrial brokerages, where I had the privilege of managing and training agents. It was a challenging shift, but staying grounded, committed, and consistent opened doors I never expected.

I bring an analytical mindset, a passion for teamwork, and an unorthodox, solutions-driven approach to problem-solving. I care deeply about giving my best in everything I do and contributing meaningfully to the people and businesses I work with. My long-term goal is to play an even stronger role in the evolving commercial and industrial property market and to be in a position to give back in the same way others have supported me.

For those entering the industry, my advice is simple: be honest, be professional, stay informed, and always remain adaptable. This industry rewards those who are willing to learn, stay humble, and put in the work.
