About Tessa

 After obtaining my BCom Marketing degree, I started out in residential property, managing a portfolio of up to 60 properties at any given time, as well as sales. I then did one or two commercial rentals just for fun, and then I was hooked! I very quickly gave up residential work to pursue a career in the commercial field. My focus is on commercial rentals and sales, specialising in the Fourways and Midrand areas. The flexibility and high pressure of this job drives me - you write your own cheques. My strong work ethic, drive and mental strength definitely sets me apart from the rest, and I pride myself in my honesty, integrity and fairness when concluding each and every transaction. I am a strong, fair negotiator, and benefit from strong relationships between both client and landlord, ensuring a mutually beneficial transaction on both sides. My highlights of 2023 were winning “Rookie of the Year” as well as the Redefine Properties Broker Incentive Trip. A fun fact about me - I m a 1.40m level South African showjumper, and have a keen interest in anything fitness-related.
